Getting Rid of the IRS?
Bush is proposing to scrap it and go with a value added tax (VAT) in place of our National Income Tax. I was going to dust off my old tax notes/books to see what the implications of this would be, but Dale Franks saved me (and you if your curious)most of the trouble.
